Hello there and welcome! Spring is definitely in the air and it makes me want to document soft, pretty pages in spring colors. Today I have a page to share with you that documents a recent trip to a local farm- a perfect springtime activity!
When I saw the Backwoods Lovin paper, I immediately thought of a shutter bulletin board, and based my design around this inspiration piece.

To complete the layout, I used a mixture of the Date Night and Twirly Girly collections, along with the super versatile alphabet stamps from Scrumptious.
Supplies: Date Night Collection- Backwoods Lovin paper/DN14OS10, Plaid is Rad paper/DN14OS12, Illustration stickers/DN14EB02, Enamel Hearts/DN14EB07; Twirly Girly Collection- Piggy Tales paper/TG14OS12, Paper Posies paper/TG14OS05, Party Dress paper/TG14OS06, This and That paper/TG14OS07, Alpha Stickers/TG14EB01, Sticker Sheet/TG14EB02, Enamel Hearts/TG14EB07, Brads/TG14EB06, Sentiments Mini Stickers/TG14EB05; Scrumptious Collection- Mini Alpha Clear Stamps/SC14ST01
To create this simple, quick layout, here are the steps I took:
1) Adhere an 8"x12" piece of the Plaid is Rad paper on the left side of a 12"x12" piece of white cardstock. Along the right hand bottom corner of the paper 9Apps APK, stamp farm with the Scrumptious alpha stamps and add girl from the Twirly Girly sticker sheet to create the title.
2) Using a craft knife and a ruler, cut slits in the Backwoods Lovin paper and insert photos, small pieces of patterned paper and journaling cards, tied with twine. To add more interest, using the edge of your scissors, scuff up and tear the edges of the papers and journaling cards.
3) Embellish around the photos with butterfly and flower stickers, popped up with dimensional adhesive, brads and enamel hearts. Finish with a few drops of ink.
Inspiration can be found almost anywhere, if you look for it. Enjoy your spring activities and documenting!
